Compact and High Durability Dual Burner System H4 Hi/Lo Dual Burner

The first in the world! A high and a low beams are stowed in one bulb using neither the solenoid nor the motor. It succeeded in simple wiring, preeminent reliability, durability, and perfect distribution of the light.
The world standard H4 bulb had a problem in making it to HID system. H4's Hi/Lo beam switching was usually done by the solenoid or the motor and it had some constructional problems not to be able to wipe. Besides the decrease in durability led by the imapact of switching movement to a delicate bulb and mechanical breakdown of the solenoid or the motor, they have a problem due to its enlarged structure, they can't be installed in the car that doesn't have enough back space. However, CRUIZE H4 Hi/Lo dual burner is simple in structure and two burners of a high and a low beams are in one bulb. Because of this, there is no movable part and reliability and durability have improved greatly. The response of the passing improves to excess the halogen bulb, and is also accurate in irradiation pattern because of a fixed type structure. Above all, the back space is only 20mm in design and if the car came with halogen bulb as a standard equipment, it is easy to install in most models with no modification.

The world smallest and Lightest Ballast CRUIZE BALLAST "Type-S"

The super-compact with 66mm*76mm*15mm and lightweight design of 120g in weight. It can be installed in anyware such as behind of the bumper or motorcycles due to the waterproof body.
This is a ballast that is smallest and lightest in the world. It was impossible until now, but this ballast enabled the installation on the car and the motorcycle with narrow installation space. Luminescence reduces as much as 1A in the first stage of lighting even through it shortened the time until stabilizing the light and the load of the wiring for the car side is reduced. It is made as complete waterproof specification including the fuse box. It can be installed in all places such as behind of the bumper, so now making the fog lamp or driving lamp as HID is also easy.

Our H4 Hi/Lo (HB2) type adopted the dual burner method, and enabled the distribution light of the halogen bulb to be duplicate perfectly for the first time in the world. 3500K, 4300K and 6000K styles will correspond to the car inspection.(For Japan)
By the combination with the new design ballast, it is possible to do passing in more excellent response than the halogen bulb.
Various materials are used for the production of the HID bulb. There is no difference of the quality and the colour by the difference between the manufacturing lot and the bulb type because it manages severely from the supply of all raw materials.
